KFO Jewelry
Our jewelry is all hand-made to order, and therefore, each piece is unique. We have tried to accurately depict the colors of the pieces, but please expect some variation due to different color representations on computer monitors as well as naturally occurring color changes in gemstones. We cannot guarantee that any piece will look exactly like the photograph. We use only high quality and sometimes very rare gemstones to create the individual pieces. Our jewelry is created using 14 kt gold clasps, earwires and posts, and gold-filled chain and wire, and where noted, 18kt gold. All pieces are available in 18kt gold - prices upon request.
The photographs on the site showcase the jewelry for the current season. However, if you are looking for something to be created using different gemstones than the ones shown, please contact us so we can discuss your needs. Since we need to find the gems for your special piece, $40-$65 will be added to all custom orders depending on the rarity and cost of the stones.
KFO jewelry is delicate. We suggest that you handle with care and keep it in the airtight bags provided so they won't get tangled with other pieces of jewelry. You may use jewelry cleaner formulated for semi-precious and precious gems and metals to clean the jewelry. Please allow two to four weeks for delivery and add $10 for shipping to your order. We want you to love your jewelry. You may cancel an order within two days of placing it. If you wish to return your purchase after you have received it, you must send it back to us in its original, wearable condition within 15 days and you will receive a credit with KFO. Please insure your return shipment as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
